GoGo Juice...Naturally Juiced.

Our 100% pear juice is made from a variety of pear that no one else uses.  It tastes like apples with a cinnamon-y kick.  We are the only ones with this great-tasting and truly unique juice.

GoGo Juice is a pure, NOT from concentrate, certified organic pear juice that is just like what you would make at home with a juicer.  We take ripened fruit, peel the skins, remove seeds and cores, and juice them.  That's it!  We do not add any sugar, colorings, fake flavors, preservatives, press aids, filter aids, chemicals or other stuff.

GoGo's products are, and always will be, suitable for families on special diets such as Gluten Free/Casein Free, Specific Carbohydrate Diet, Feingold and many others. 

We make a conscious effort to avoid conventional juicing issues.  For example, did you know that when you buy well known juices, you may be buying rice hulls, ground wood, and tiny fossilized critters that are used to help high volume pressing?  We don't do any of that!  We just squeeze our fruit.

We received a bottle of this juice to try. We have never tried pear juice before so I was excited to see what my girls would think.

GoGo Juice actually recommends watering down the juice about 50% this makes the juice healthier for you and makes the bottle lasts longer. My girls love this juice. They would ask for it by name.

I tried the juice both watered down and straight. I like it watered down but not as much as 50% - more like 25% for me. This juice tastes like a sweet apple juice, but it's not too sweet.

The only thing I would like to see is more variety in their products, but they are a new company and I'm sure variety will come. I would love to see a fruit punch type juice. 

I also love the story behind the company and love that this is a mom made product. I definitely think this product is made with your children in mind and I can't say the same about the big companies.

Gigi's Cakery

Note: This review will be of interest to you if you live in the San Antonio area.

I received a pink princess cake for my 2 daughters. The day it was ready my family was having a party for my Dad's birthday. My girls decided that PaPa need to have a pink princess cake so we took it to the party.

 The cake itself was a homemade vanilla cake with a pineapple filling. The topping was made of fondant and the decorations were edible. The crowns on top of the cake were golden colored and sparkled.
You can really tell that she worked hard on the details of the cake with the little castles on the side and the crowns on top. Everyone at the party was commenting on how pretty and well decorated it was.

The cake was very good. I would not have chosen pineapple but it was moist and overall it was very yummy.
It went over very well and was liked by all.

I was sent the Jeremy Plays Guitar "Use Your Words" CD to listen to and write a review. I think the music is very upbeat and catchy. You can't help but to sing along. I love that the music sends a message to the children listening. My favorite song is "House Rules", it reinforces the rules that I have been teaching my girls. My second favorite as a parent and as a teacher is "Use Your Words".

When I received this in the mail I was working in a kindergarten classroom at my work. I put this in the CD player for them and at first the kids kind of ignored it. But as the music was going I started to notice them singing along. They were also talking about the messages that they were hearing. What an entertaining teaching tool! My girls also love the music and ask to listen to it.

I was so excited to learn about Natural Family Supplies. They have a wide variety of items from cloth diapers to dryer balls to art supplies to toys and more. The prices are very reasonable and the service is awesome!

I was sent able to choose what I wanted to review and I chose the natural art supplies. As a preschool teacher I love art and have passed that love down to my children. I received the Clementine natural paint and the Clementine natural modeling dough. I was so excited to try these products with my girls.

 

The Clementine natural paint came with 6, 1.7oz paints. These are good size paints and a little goes a long way. These paints are colored with Mayan mineral earth pigments, our paints are free from chemical dyes and petrochemicals. The colors are vibrant and are actually better than other brands of paints we have used, in my opinion.

The Clementine natural modeling dough come in containers with a cap that screws on, this has helped the dough to stay fresh and easy to use. They are a soft, crumble-free, all natural doughs colored with tumeric, carmine and spinach. The containers are even recyclable. When I first opened the doughs they had a strong scent to them but that has become not so strong over time and actually smells better than other doughs. I actually have been taking this to work for the kindergarten class I have been working in. The kids love the dough and absolutely love the smells. They smell like strawberry, lemon and lime and each parent that walked through the door to pick up their child was told to smell the playdough because it smells so good. The dough has been used over 50 times by different children and is still in the same condition it arrived in.

Some other art supplies that I would like to try are the natural crayons, markers and glue.
